1. Request Account Deletion
This page explains how Bountrek users can request deletion of their Bountrek account and associated data.

2. What to Include in Your Request
- Your Bountrek account email address.
- Your Bountrek username, if available.
- Your user ID, if shown in the app.
- A clear statement that you want your Bountrek account deleted.
For security, we may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the deletion request.
3. What Data May Be Deleted
- Your account profile information.
- Your login and account-related records.
- Your support request information, where deletion is appropriate.
- Your in-app profile details and related user data.
4. Data That May Be Retained
Some data may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, platform, or legitimate business reasons.
- Wallet and transaction records.
- Reward, redemption, and withdrawal request records.
- Payout method records linked to reward or withdrawal review.
- Fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, and security review records.
- Admin review history, account restriction records, and related notes.
Deleting your account does not automatically approve pending rewards, withdrawals, or payouts. Pending requests may still be reviewed according to Bountrek rules.
5. Important Effects of Account Deletion
- You may lose access to Bountrek.
- You may lose access to in-app coins, wallet features, reward progress, and app history.
- You may not be able to recover deleted account information.
- Pending rewards, withdrawals, or support requests may still require review before final closure.
