Bountrek Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bountrek mobile app, provided by Questelon (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa under registration number 2026/535416/07 ("Questelon", "we", "us").

By using Bountrek, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. About Bountrek

Bountrek is a mobile gaming rewards app where users can play casual games, earn in-app coins, track wallet activity, and submit reward or withdrawal requests.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

You must provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
You must not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account.
You must not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, coins, referrals, ads, or withdrawals.

4. Coins, Rewards, Wallet, and Withdrawals

Bountrek coins are in-app reward-tracking units used inside the Bountrek app. They are not legal tender, bank deposits, cryptocurrency, securities, or guaranteed cash.

Bountrek may delay, adjust, decline, reverse, or block rewards, coins, redemptions, withdrawals, or wallet activity where fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, duplicate claims, technical error, or rule violations are detected.

5. Ads and Earning Features

Bountrek may show ads and may use ad activity as part of the app’s reward system. You must not manipulate, automate, fake, or abuse ad views, clicks, game sessions, referrals, reward actions, or wallet activity.

6. Prohibited Activity

Hacking, reverse engineering, tampering with, exploiting, or interfering with the app or its systems.
Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, fake devices, or other tools to manipulate rewards.
Creating fake accounts or multiple accounts to claim extra rewards.
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent payout or support information.
Attempting to access admin features, other users’ accounts, or restricted data.

7. Account Review, Suspension, and Restrictions

If suspicious or prohibited activity is detected, we may restrict account access, place payment holds, block withdrawals, mark the account for review, adjust wallet balances, decline requests, or suspend access to Bountrek.

8. No Guarantee of Rewards or Earnings

Bountrek does not guarantee that users will earn a specific amount, receive a specific payout, or qualify for any particular reward. Rewards and withdrawals depend on app rules, eligibility, approval, availability, and anti-abuse checks.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, regardless of the country from which you access Bountrek. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
